On a land with about 300.00 square meters located in Lagoa de Albufeira in Sesimbra, we present an ecological / sustainable wooden house with a single floor with 90.00 square meters of construction area. The program was optimized taking into account the separation of social and private areas.
The house is defined by two volumes with different inclinations that demonstrate this spatial separation, allowing, on one hand, the insertion of photovoltaic and solar panels and, on the other, deposits for rainwater storage. The house presents itself as self-sufficient and with zero emissions.
With a construction system based on natural materials, the house adapts to nature by regenerating its interior, without mechanical systems, bringing people closer to a healthier lifestyle. Nature, people and buildings can interact harmoniously with each other.
